Warms and relaxes muscle tissue to alleviate cramping.
Ingredients: Crampbark* (Viburnum opulus), Corydalis* (Corydalis ambigua), Ginger* (Zingiber officinalis), wild harvested spring water, organic cane alcohol

Directions for use: Take a 10ml loading dose and 1-2ml as needed. Max daily dose for acute conditions - 30ml. Max daily dose for long-term use - 15ml.
Warnings: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
