Ingredients: Ashwagandha* (Withania somnifera), Milky Oat* tops (Avena sativa), Astragalus* (Astragalus membranaceus), Burdock* (Arctium lappa), Dandelion Root* (Taraxacum officinale)
*Ingredients are organically grown
Directions for use: Add 1 tbsp of herbs per 1 cup of cold water. Slowly bring to boil, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add milk / milk alternative and honey to taste. Strain. Drink 2-3 cups/day.
