Ingredients: Ashwagandha* (Withania somnifera), California poppy* (Eschscholtzia californica), Jamaican Dogwood* (Piscidia erythrina), Passionflower* (Passiflora incarnata), wild harvested spring water, organic cane alcohol

Directions for use: Take 10-15ml before bed, and 5ml if you wake in the night. Max daily dose 15ml.

Warnings: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Contains sedative herbs - do not use before driving or operating machinery
