Ingredients: Chamomile* (Matricaria recutita), Meadowsweet* (Filipendula ulmaria), Fennel* (Foeniculum vulgare), Catnip* (Nepeta cataria)

Directions for use: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Cover, let steep for 15 minutes. Drink after meals to relieve acid reflux, gas, and bloating.
