Ingredients: Mugwort* (Artemisia vulgaris), Passionflower* (Passiflora incarnata), Blue Lotus* (Nymphaea caerulea), Catnip* (Nepeta cataria).

Directions for use: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Cover, let steep for 15 minutes. train. Drink 1 cup, 30 minutes before spiritual practise or bedtime.

Warnings: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
