Ingredients: Holy basil* (Ocimum sanctum), Horny goat weed* (Epimedium grandiflorum), Damania* (Turnera diffusa), Hawthorn berry* (Crataegus oxyacantha FRUC), Blue lotus* (Nymphaea caerula), Rose* (Rosa spp.)

*Ingredients are organically grown

Directions for use: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Cover, let steep for 15 minutes. Steep. Drink as desired for heart opening, embodiment and connection.

Warnings: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
