Mama's Milk Tea

A gentle and nourishing blend that promotes production of breast milk while soothing the nervous system and providing nutrients for both mum and baby. 

Ingredients: Catnip* (Nepeta cataria), Oatstraw* (Avena sativa), Fennel* (Foeniculum vulgare), Caraway* (Carum carvi), Dandelion leaf* (Taraxacum officinale)

*Ingredients are organically grown

Directions for use: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Cover, let steep for 15 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
