Ingredients: Mugwort* (Artemisia vulgaris), Raspberry leaf* (Rubus ideaus), Lady’s mantle* (Alchemilla vulgaris), Rosemary* (Rosmarinus officinalis), Rose* (Rosa spp.)

*Ingredients are organically grown

Directions for use: Pour 4 cups of boiling water over 6 tbsp of herbs in a large pot. Cover, let steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a bowl or basin. With a large towel or blanket wrapped around your waist, squat over the bowl for 10-15 minutes; repeat 2-3 times/ day.

Warnings: Do not use during pregnancy.
